Ordering now! Sounds like my journey has had many parallels to yours. We are starting our homeschool adventure this year, and cooking at home has been such a struggle! Looking forward to learning from this book :D
Looking forward very much to this read. Recently had a birthday and every single card written by my family mentioned food as a key aspect of my relationship with them. As a woman who had no interest in home arts as a teenager and young twenties and who came very late to cooking well / cooking consistently, that acknowledgment felt huge to me. And it also felt like a forceful nudge to keep growing and improving in this area, both in nourishment and in our family food culture! So to open up Substack and find that you'd selected Nourished as the book of choice for our summer was a fun synchronicity.

This look really great, and I echo basically everything in here from my own experience. :') Food is such a struggle in more ways than one.
Ordered! Looking forward to this!
